Terms of Service

Famboree is a family entertainment app — weekly challenges, entries, votes and a bit of friendly bragging. It is not a service for business, emergencies or anything you need to rely on.

You must be old enough to use Facebook and Messenger under Meta's own age requirements (generally 13 or older). Younger children are welcome to join in alongside a parent or grandparent using that adult's account.

Everything you post — photos, videos and writing — belongs to you. Nothing changes that.

By posting, you give Famboree permission to store and display your entry inside your Family House, and on your family's Memory Wall, so the people you play with can see it. That permission ends when you or we delete the entry.

• Harassing, bullying or threatening anyone.
• Hateful content, or anything sexual involving minors.
• Anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to post.
• Pretending to be someone else, or signing up with someone else's email.

Organizers can remove entries and members from their own Family House. We can also remove content or close an account that breaks these rules — usually after a note explaining why, and right away if someone is being harmed.

Famboree is offered as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your photos safe, but we cannot promise the app will never be unavailable or that nothing will ever go wrong. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

To the extent the law allows, Famboree is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the app, and our total responsibility is limited to what you have paid us — which today is nothing, since Famboree is free.

We may update these terms as the app grows. If something important changes, we will say so in the app or by email.
